Welcome to Pixelvate.com. These terms and conditions guide your access to and use of the Pixelvate.com website, apps, and services. By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from accessing, registering, or using our website.

The entire authority and ownership of this website belong to the management of At Takasur Consultancy Firm (Registration/License Number: RCC “03/P-172”, BIN: 001701885-1101). Pixelvate.com reserves the right to change, amend, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on the site. Please check these terms and conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Pixelvate App Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the Pixelvate app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully.

• You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks.
• You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions.
• The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Pixelvate.com.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Shipping terms and conditions

1. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary for valid reasons. If customs charges increase during product delivery, the customer will be billed for the additional amount upon presentation of sufficient proof. The customer is obligated to pay this amount.
2. International Shipping: For international shipping (e.g., China to Bangladesh), charges are based on product weight. Local delivery is free for single orders valued at more than BDT 100,000.
3. Heavy/Large Goods (CBM): For items that are lightweight but occupy a large space (e.g., chairs, tables), shipping charges will be calculated based on Cubic Meter (CBM). The formula is: Length x Width x Height. For air freight, 1 CBM is considered equivalent to 167 kg. The customer agrees to this calculation method.
4. Fragile & Perishable Goods: For fragile or perishable items (e.g., glass, perfume, food items), the customer must request special packaging (like a wooden box) via email or phone call after placing the order. The company will not be liable for damage to undeclared fragile items, and the customer must accept the goods as-is.
5. Third-Party Shipping: If a customer sources a product through us but uses a different shipping service, they must collect the product from our global warehouse. No complaints will be accepted after the product arrives in the country. However, if the customer uses our designated global logistics service, we will take responsibility for issues that may arise, as per our policy.

Shipping and delivery time

• Working Days: Shipping time is calculated in working days, excluding public holidays.
• Delays: Delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., missing product in the warehouse) or force majeure events (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters, lockdowns). As per government policy, we aim to deliver items in physical stock within 10 working days. We will always strive to deliver your items as early as possible.
• Product Unavailability: If a product cannot be found or delivered, we will process a full refund within 10-15 working days.

Delivery terms

1. Bill & Collection: After goods arrive at our Dhaka office, they are weighed, and a final bill is prepared. Customers are notified to pay the bill and collect their products.
2. Collection Deadline: Products must be collected within 10 working days of notification. Pixelvate.com is not responsible for damaged, broken, or lost products if they are not collected within this period.
3. Late Penalty: If a customer wishes to collect a product after 10 working days, a penalty of 5% of the shipping charge will be applied for every subsequent 7 days.
4. Failure to Collect: If a product is not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to sell it to recover our expenses. The customer will be liable for any remaining balance. We may take legal action to recover outstanding dues.

Prohibited Goods

Certain products are restricted by the Bangladesh government and cannot be imported through our standard process. If you require such an item, please contact us directly before placing an order. Ordering a prohibited item from the website will result in immediate order cancellation.

Examples of Prohibited Items:

• Walkie-talkies
• Gold
• Drones/Drone Parts
• Security items (Handcuffs, Pistols, Guns)
• Any other item prohibited by the laws of Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for goods that are deemed prohibited.

Payment, Refund and Complaints Policy

• Payment: We accept payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and US Dollars (USD). We operate in compliance with the Digital Commerce Management Guidelines set by the Bangladesh Bank and the Ministry of Commerce.
• Refunds: If a customer receives a wrong or damaged product, they must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via phone, SMS, or email. After verification, Pixelvate.com will issue a full refund within 72 hours.
• Complaints: We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days. Please direct all complaints to our hotline at +880 9647 487980 or email us at support@pixelvate.com. Complaints regarding issues older than 3 months from the current date will not be entertained.

Terms of Use

1. Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our sole discretion.
2. Website Use: You must be 18 years of age or older, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but not to download, modify, or resell any portion of it for commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities: Using the site for illegal purposes, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or uploading malicious software (viruses) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
4. Trademark and Copyright: All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, source code, and software, is the property of Pixelvate.com and/or At Takasur Consultancy Firm, and is protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws.
5. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are prepared in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of the Government of Bangladesh.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You agree that you are accessing our site at your own risk. To the fullest extent provided by applicable law, Pixelvate.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of this site. We will not be responsible for any actions of sellers or any dispute between you and a seller. Our liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in connection with your use of the site during the six-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.
